Golden West Restaurant & Casino: A Culinary Gem in Mesquite, NV

Every meal has been delicious! Today I had the Wednesday Special Meatloaf. The presentation was nice but most important, it was so good! I had the potato soup with it ... did I already say it was delicious? I also ate a few bites of my husband's salad with fresh yummy croutons. Delicious! In the past we've had yummy hamburgers, sandwiches, the best french fries ever, and the best onion rings ever. Our server was very helpful and efficient. Can't wait to go back again!

We live in town, and spent the first 4 years avoiding this place. It just didn't look like "our" place. Thankfully, we finally went in for lunch and I'm thoroughly impressed. I've gotten the wings, and they are fantastic. 12.99 isn't bad either for a big plate of them. Also, we love Brandon. THE NICEST SERVER IN MESQUITE. Plus, its really great that they dont allow smoking. So tired of smelling like an ashtray around here. Take a chance on these guys and you won't be disappointed.

The people make the difference. The kitchen here is immaculate and u can tell they take pride in their work. Food is spectacular. Order anything and you will love it. Not many places in mesquite. This one is the best in town by far.

My husband and I went there today, and the experience was amazing!! Our server Vera was absolutely incredible! She was so sweet, answering any questions my husband or I had and let’s talk about the food!!!! The portions of the food in this place is amazing for the price!! The manager in training was just as amazing as our server!!! Thank you to all who made our experience there absolutely incredible!!! I will always recommend this place!!!! Thank you again and we WILL BE BACK!!!

I heard this place.Had the greatest hamburgers in town (mesquite Nevada) because some guy likes hamburgers. But then. I heard that this place was famous for clam chowder.I don't understand that one. I'm hoping to enjoy the clam chowder real soon.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this place. It might not seem like the best place to go for a really good meal, but it is. The seasoning of the food is delicious, the price is surprisingly good, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. It definitely feels like a traditional Old West place. The music playing was quite nice as well. We went on Father's Day, and they had a special menu for all the dads. The portions are generous. My husband and I will definitely stop there again sometime soon for something delicious.

Good food at good prices. My burger was cooked as ordered and was really more than I could eat. Topped with plenty of perfectly cooked bacon. Clam chowder in a sour dough bread bowl was also excellent. Service was fast and efficient and the prices are tough to beat. Zero decor but it's the food that matters. Some tables in the casino area so subject to smoke if that is an issue for you.
